8:00-12:30 p.m.– Collegial gathering at hotel (check meeting room assignment with hotel)
12:30-1:15 p.m.– Lunch at hotel (provided by Pastor360)
1:15-3:15 p.m.– Collegial gathering continues
3:15 p.m.– Transportation provided to Concordia Lutheran Church
3:30-5:30 p.m.– “Behind the Scenes” tour and Q&A with key leaders of Bill’s team (Executive Director, Director of Music, Director of Children’s Ministries)
5:45 p.m.– Transportation provided to Bill’s home
6:00-8:00 p.m.– Dinner & collegial time at Bill’s home
8:15 p.m.– Transportation provided back to hotel

1-As a friendly reminder, if you have not yet made your air reservations, do that now. Pastor360 is negotiating a discounted room rate at our host hotel, the Drury Inn and Suites. Once we finalize the agreement, we will send the contact information to you so you can book your room.

Once you receive this information, please book your reservations immediately before the room block expires (travel and lodging expenses
are your responsibility). We are checking out a few options for ground transportation from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport and will update you soon.

2-Dress/Attire: Because the room temperature and outside temperatures often vary, we suggest you pack a sweater or jacket. We also suggest business casual dress (no suits or ties) for the event.

In order to make the experience as rewarding as possible for all participants, the following guidelines are in effect…

ATTENDANCE: Each Pastor360 Gold Member is expected to attend the annual gathering. Your confirmation of attendance is required. Also, please plan to stay for the ENTIRE meeting. It is not fair to the rest of the brothers if you leave early.

CELL PHONES: We strongly discourage the use of cell phones while we are is session. Ample time will be allotted during breaks to check your messages and return texts/calls as needed.

COMPUTERS: You can take notes with computers, but please honor our request that you not be online during sessions checking email, etc.

RECORDING: You may record when it is your turn to talk through your questions/challenges with the group, but ONLY if you notify the group that you are recording. Pastor360 will be recording the teaching sessions and no other recording is permitted.

MATERIALS: It’s strongly recommended that you bring examples of materials, bulletins, worship guides, etc. to show others and obtain feedback.

*You should also bring business cards for sharing with your Pastor360 brothers.
